I started working in the Real Estate industry as an assistant in 2006 and continued into Property Management soon after. Working on a referral basis with other agents from 2008 to 2014 gave me great insight to a variety of agent styles and allowed me to confidently find my niche with Ramsay Realty.

Since then I have continued on to obtain my Principal Brokers license in 2016 and continue to love my job. Being a 4th generation Winningham family member in this valley, I take care to keep lasting relationships with both clients and my community. It is important to me that the people I serve feel confident that they are being looked after to the best of my ability.
